Do I need a parking TICKET to park my car?
A: Yes, you do. When you enter the lot, a ticket machine will automatically spit out a ticket and the barrier arm will go up. You will need that ticket when you leave the lot.

Do I leave the TICKET in my car?
A: No, never leave the ticket in your car! The ticket is like your key to the lot. With a valid ticket, everybody can leave the lot without beeing questioned. Without the ticket, we will record the person's identity!

What are your rates?
A: Let us surprise you with our low internet rates! Please request a coupon on our home page. Our regular daily non-coupon rate is $7.

If your competition is offering parking for less, would you match it?
A: We will need our price to provide the expected service level. Therefore we are accepting competitor’s coupons with our rate.

When do I have to pay my parking fee?
A: The parking fee is due when you will leave with your car.

What form of payment do you accept?
A: We do accept US funds in cash, American Express, Visa- and MasterCard and Discover. We do not accept personal or corporate checks. There are no exceptions from this rule.

What options do I have when my car won't start or has a flat tire!
A: We are providing jump start equipment and tire inflation for FREE.

I arrive very early in the morning, do you have a SHUTTLE BUS running?
A: Yes, we are at your service 24/7, without exception!

I arrive during the night. Do I have somebody to pick me up?
A: We are at the airport and waiting for the last commercial flight to come in. Please get your luggage first. When you don't see one of our shuttles, somebody will be on his way! Make sure that you wave at him that he doesn't pass you by!
If you are arriving with other means of transportation like a rental car or a non commercial flight you may call us at 341-2822 to request a pick up.
Q:
I am a senior and can't walk that well. Isn't it too far to walk to the SHUTTLE BUS?
A: No, you don't have to walk at all! The bus will pick you up at your car and when you come back, the driver will drop you off at your car.
Q:
I have luggage and can't carry it to the SHUTTLE BUS?
A: Our friendly drivers will help you with your luggage. While they are not allowed to go into the airport, there are skycaps who will help you at the airport.
Q:
How does the SHUTTLE BUS find me if it is still dark?
A: Normally our helpful driver will be right behind you. If not, the dispatcher will let him know where you went. During these dark hours, it would be nice if you just stay in your car and keep the headlights on. It is easier for the driver to spot your car!
Q:
I have a COUPON but I need to stay longer?
A: No problem, you might have to pay for the extra days, but you will pay the same discounted rate as printed on your coupon!

I requested a COUPON, but don't get an answer?
A: Our computer sends the coupon the same minute as it receives the request. To print the coupon direct from your screen you may take the following steps:
Go back to the coupon request page and look for the sentence: “If you have not received your coupon via email, please click here for further assistance”
Click on the “Click Here” link.
You are now on the “Check Email Page”.
Enter your email address
Click on Check address
If we received your request you will see the answer. It looks like “The last coupon that was sent to weparku@aol.com, was sent on 1/22/2004 10:42:01 AM (Central Time).Click here to view and print”
When you see that answer you may click on that link and you will see the last coupon you requested. Now you can print that coupon with the print function of your computer.

May I get a COUPON at the parking lot?
A: We are sorry, the only way to get a coupon is the internet.

How much TIME do I need to arrive at the lot and to catch my flight?
A: The airlines require that you are one hour before departure at the airport in Omaha. Larger airports request a two hour time frame. If you give us 15 minutes, you should be always on time.
