Just want to compliment your business. We were parked there for five days, and when we went to leave, we discovered a flat tire. One of the gentlemen from your business stopped to help. He went to get an air machine and he inflated our tire. He then proceeded to change our tire, just in case we had a problem with the original tire. We could not have been happier with the extra help and thankful for the extra mile he went to save two stranded females. We will always use Abbott and our gratitude to the personal service we received.

Hi-- I had a reservation for parking. Our plans have changed, and we won't require long-term parking this trip. We certainly will use your services again, however. We learned our lesson recently when we parked our car at the lot of one of your competitors. It took more than 20 minutes to get picked up by the shuttle when we arrived back in Omaha, and another 20 minutes to check out of their lot. We will always use Abbott after that experience! I just want to commend your employees for their honesty!! (These days, it's not often you find that quality!) On a recent return home from a Florida vacation with our family, my teenage daughter left her purse on the shuttle bus; we didn't discover this until we arrived home. I called immediately, but didn't really hold any hope that we'd get the purse back at all, much less with all the contents in tact. Not only did we get a phone call that the purse was being held for us, but much to my daughter's delight, all the contents were exactly as she left them.
